Booking, Terms & Conditions

In order to book an apartment please either telephone 07781 145129, e-mail [email protected] or write to us at The Bay, Pembroke, Vale, Guernsey GY3 5BY outlining your requirements.

If we have accommodation available, in order to confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of £400 (made payable to “The Bay”) per apartment per week is required.

The balance is payable 8 weeks (56 days) prior to your arrival date. If the final payment is not received within 56 days of arrival we reserve the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

When making a reservation within 4 weeks of arrival, the full amount is required to secure the booking.


In the event of a cancellation for any reason after the final payment has been made, a refund (less deposit & 10% administration fee) will only be made should we be able to re-let the apartment for the entire period of your intended stay.


We recommend that you consider taking out holiday insurance, to cover the risk of any unavoidable cancellation.

Please note that whilst staying in the apartments you are liable for any damage or breakages during your stay. Our building insurance does not cover personal belongings and we can not accept responsibility for any loss.


Rates shown are per apartment per week.

Change over day is on a Saturday.

Tenancy commences at 16:00 (4pm) and ends at 10am.

Only those guests registered are permitted to stay overnight.

Apartment 1 (1 bedroom) x 2 persons.

Apartment 2 (2 bedroom/1bathroom) x 4 persons.

Apartment 3 & 4 (3 bedroom/2bathroom) x 6 persons.

Apartment 5 (2 bedroom/1bathroom) x 4 persons.

Apartment 6 (3 bedroom/2bathroom) x 6 persons.

Extra persons by negotiation.

Pets charged at £60 per week per pet.

No Smoking on premises.

Apartments are centrally heated when required at no extra cost except when renting between November and March.
